"I probably could swing a four, only for the fact that I've been with state farm for 30 years. No major accidents, no major payouts on anything up until the last 3 years I had two minor little bump ends. I think one got paid out on and the other, I don't know if it did because there was really no damage to that vehicle. I had those two claims that didn't amount to much of nothing and they were a year or so apart. Well I recently a few months back. I took a trip up north and on the way back my engine threw check engine light. I thought it might have been bad gas so I put a claim out. Took it to a dealership to be checked. Found out that it wasn't bad fuel and it was on me to take care of the damages so I canceled that claim I didn't need the claim. Nothing was ever paid out on it but because of those two claims and one potential claim State farm here in Seneca decided to cancel my insurance. I have life insurance with them. I have homeowner insurance with them. They made a call supposedly the higher ups couldn't do anything for me on this. So after 30 years. Little if any payouts my local state farm is forcing me to change my insurance company and bundle somewhere else. I don't feel like State farm is the same company. It was 30 years ago 20 years ago. And another thing that Will be good when I change companies. Is the ability to actually get in touch with an agent on the weekend. You absolutely cannot speak to anyone on a Saturday or Sunday. You had to do everything through a text message and links and all this BS which is fine. I understand how to do all that but these senior citizens and people that aren't too familiar about that. What do they do on a weekend when they're stranded? Because you cannot talk to a live agent. I like to be able to talk to a human being when I call an insurance company and most of them are 24/7. And I've already got insurance quote from Geico at $75 and from USAA former veteran listed at 95. That's $25 to $45 cheaper than what state farms got me on."

"I have been a State Farm customer for over a year, and while my experience with most employees has been positive, my interaction with Marcia Hardy was extremely disappointing.
Unfortunately, Marcia demonstrated a lack of professionalism, patience, and customer service skills. She appeared to have limited knowledge about the policies and seemed more focused on explaining her point of view rather than listening to my questions or concerns. Whenever I tried to ask for clarification, her response became defensive and the conversation felt unnecessarily difficult. She listens to react not to respond.
Because of the way I was treated during this interaction, I decided to switch my insurance provider within two days. I want to mention that my experience with other State Farm employees here has been completely different...they have always been professional, courteous, and helpful. This feedback is specifically regarding my interaction with Marcia Hardy."
